    The right of the people would be protected from the fourth amendment since the fourth amendment has to do with unlawful search and seizure. The fourth amendment states that police officers are not able to search or take away peoples property without a warrant for a good reason

    The 4th amendment protects the citizens of the United States from illegal search and seizures in which protects their personal papers and houses. One must get a search warrant if the owner does not permit them to enter.
