It's the French and Indian War (1756-1763), fought by Britain, France and Spain. It lasted seven years, and that's also why it is also called The Seven Years War. It was mainly a conflict over control of vast territories and trade and business activities in North America, though some battles and engagements from this war took place in Europe and other continents and involved allies on both sides, being a global war. It ended with the victory of Britain and the Treaty of Paris of 1763. France lost its colonies in North America, Canada. Spain lost Florida but was given Havanna. The French gave Louisiana to Spain. Britain also won prizes in Africa and Asia.
