The effect of the expeditions of Francisco Pizzaro.
Vacated from Panama to gain control in Pero with many guards and horses. Diego de Amagro stayed to collect more supply for exploration. The outcome of Pizzaro's leadership turns out a catastrophe because of atmospheric condition and hunger.
A couple of years later Pizzaro and Amagro explore again. And seized Pero and resulted in a death of hundred and transmits an epidemic illness in Europe.
