    The Bill of Rights guarantee essential rights and civil liberties like right to free speech, the right to bear arms and reserving rights to the people and the states.

    Explanation:

    The first 10 amendments in 1791 make up the Bill of Rights and was an integral part of the Constitution that was sanctioned.

    In order to built more perfect union, The Bill of Rights focused on America's freedom, including freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and due process of law.

    Excessive bail, excessive fines, cruel and unusual punishments were not imposed. The right of the people should be secured in their persons, houses, papers, and effects. Unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.
