The effect of scientific discoveries during the Industrial Revolution was to grow Europe's economy. Why did the Scientific Revolution not have this effect?

a.) New economic systems were required to make use of scientific discoveries--these systems did not exist during the Scientific Revolution.

b.) Europeans had become much more greedy by the start of the Industrial Revolution and only used science to make money.

c.) The scientists of the Scientific Revolution did experiements to gain knowledge--they did not focus on practical applicatioins for science.

d.) The scientific laws that were discovered during the Scientific Revolution had nothing to do with how objects move.
