Why do you say some of the outcome of the War of 1812 was peace without victory?

A. The United States gained peace, but the British won.

B. There was no clear winner and the issue that caused the War or not resolved in the peace treaty.

C. Peace was reached, but the United States was forced to give up a great deal of land to Britain.

    B, the war was effectively a stalemate and didn't result in much change except for the rise of Andrew Jackson due to his famous victory
