In the month of March of the year 1955, a fifteen year old school girl refused to comply with the Jim Crow laws and leave her seat to a white man. Rosa Parks was arrested for not giving up the seat. The Montgomery Bus Boycott was planned by Nixon and started by King in reference to this incident.
