You shouldn't cram. You should spread your studying the 2 weeks before finals. DO NOT just read all your notes, do something that is engaging, like making flashcards.

study at home and try your best and just clearly refresh your mind and put yourself in the right captive mindset that you want to pass, and achieve the good score for that final.
