    Congress Powers:

    Congress is a very strong body of management which has a power to declare the war. It is the Congress who writes the civilian and military budget and has broad power in military engagement and foreign aid. Congress also has the authority to control commerce with international communities.

    Foreign policy and people of United States:

    Making of treaties with other countries or when the United States sends its ambassadors abroad, it is practicing foreign policy. While practicing foreign policy, American strong stand as an independent is always on priority. Democratic agenda is planned to develop and support a further representative, stable, and flourishing world for the interest of the American people and the worldwide population.
