Yes, of course. Because all journalists are human, and all humans whether they believe they are or not - are biased about some (if not all) issues.
Furthermore, many newspapers, journalists and other sources can be "bought" by major companies or millionaires/billionaires to write only the most positive of things about said subject.
For example, Fox News is biased towards the Trump Administration.
