    The answer is Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil and Commercial Matters. It is a multi-lateral agreement which is also known as Hague Convention of 18 March 1970. This is one of the first important superior that any practitioner in the area of international litigation must know of and be at least minimally familiar with this.
