    The correct answer to this is A. The Assyrians were warlike people who seized lands throughout Mesopotamia.

    B. is not correct cuz that's talking about the Egyptians

    C. is not correct cuz the Assyrians lived in Mesopotamia, not in Africa

    D. Gunpowder didn't come about for a long time ... I think if memory serves Gunpowder didn't really emerge until the Chinese Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
