    Yes, I agree with him because "nonviolence" was a moral conviction which allowed the transformation of traditional revolutions into a positive and non-violent power.

    Explanation:

    Martin Luther King Jr. was a very prominent figure when it comes to Protestant Reformation. His proclamation of "nonviolence" as a way of life started when he witnessed the "Montgomery Bus Boycott," a movement headed by King which advocated the desegregation of public buses. The protest was nonviolent and in the end it resulted to the ruling of the Supreme Court that putting a segregation on the public buses was, indeed, unconstitutional.

    So, in this case, it clearly shows that there is no alternative to nonviolence. People do not need violence in protesting in order to get the government's attention. This can also be achieved peacefully.
