What are three powers of congress that you think are most important? Why?

The three powers are : The power to raise armies, to declare war, and write bills to be approved by the president. I find these three most important out of all because these affect our economy and country more then the rest (Not saying the rest aren't important just don't think there as important as the three i listed above)
