    It would be D due to the fact that this was to make it harder for immigrants to vote.

    The Alien Act made it more difficult for an immigrant to earn his/her citizenship.

    The Sedition Act made it a crime to speak against the government during the war effort. However, this caused problems regarding the First Amendment of the Constitution.
