The earth magnetic field indeed cover all Earth's interior and outer spaces surrounding the Earth. But the strength of the magnetic field is too weak to actually cause any effects to other planets. It is predicted that the strength of the earth's magnetic field is 100 times weaker than normal bar magnet.
