    communism is the system of government with limit (next to no freedom given to civilians by the government or leader of that country). Also no voting rights and communism commonly seen with totalitarianism.

    For Example-U. S. S. R. / Soviet Union

    Capitalism is the system of government opposite of communism, meaning rights to vote, freedom, and democracy.
