    It is hypothesized that the proto-Indo-Europeans were a group of people who lived in the steppes of present-day Ukraine, this hypothesis is derived from the linguistic reconstruction of Indo-European languages that are languages that comprise the majority of current languages in Europe and some Iranian and Hindi languages, as well as others.

    From this place these people expanded through Europe and part of Asia, this hypothesis is supported by some archaeological and genetic findings in populations present in the territories where languages derived from the proto-Indo European are spoken.
