    Abraham Lincoln thought that slavery was wrong.

    Explanation:

    Lincoln believed that slavery was wrong because he thought that all the peoples living in the United States of America were the equal members of the society. He wanted that the slave in america equally participate in the growth and development of the country and also for defending against enemies. He wanted that the slave also work as a soldier because men are required against confederate army during civil war.
