The correct answer is things like the divine order and reincarnation. The belif was that the gods implemented it to be a good system. If you're a bad man you will reincarnate as a lower caste. Same goes in reverse. That's why there are many people believe that if they are in the lower caste that they deserve to be there and that it's all good.
