    Napolean Bonaparte ruled France after the French Revolution was over. The Church was nationalized and the Committee of Public Safety used the guillotine during the French Revolution. So none of these could have been the cause of the revolution. The French Revolution however, was a revolution for the Third Estate, the common people. They wanted a voice in government and equality, therefore the last choice is the correct one.
