Option C. is the right answer

    Explanation:

Spalding is a Presbyterian missionary from Scotland who underwent an expedition to the new world. On his way he met with the tribal people called Naz Perce who were oldest tribal people and lived around 11,500 years ago.

Spalding developed harmonious relationship with theses tribal people and they were also tolerant that they allowed Spalding to establish Presbyterian churches.

But as the English settlers arrived, there were factionalism in the tribal community which led Naz Perce people to evacuate the plateau which was in the middle of Columbian river.
