    Kinesiology is a greek word signifying the study of the mechanics of body movement and philosophy literally means "the love of wisdom." It needs to go afar facts and depend on conclusion, sensitivity, and a kind of thoughtful vision that excerpts something stimulating or useful often from nothing more than everyday experience. Philosophy and kinesiology are related in that philosophy is important as it search for information and knowledge as to why as humans move the way they do and why they take in themselves in definite movements and activities as well as the values that place upon them. The study of the physiological responses to physical exercise and their therapeutic applications is recognized as exercise physiology which is an important area of research within kinesiology. Exercise programs can lessen symptoms of depression and risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Therefore, they can support to progress quality of life, sleeping habits, immune system purposes and body structure.
