Which the fall of Rome changed Western Europe between 600-1450 CE.

    The centralized government disappeared and Europe entered the so-called Dark Ages. Feudalism was a dominant form and church gained a large influence. Cities were abandoned and most people lived in rural areas.

    Explanation:

    After fall of Rome the map of Europe totally changed. While in the East we had strong Byzantine Empire, on the West many barbarian states were created. Through time, some countries such as Frankish Kingdom gained more influence, but the only institution that had constant influence was church. Of course, through time things started changing, especially with development of art, culture and public life.
