How do American cultural values and economic aspiration and motivation influence the American class system and social mobility?

A main factor when it comes to social class is education. The US gives opportunity for school to the rich and the poor. In some communities of the US, the general level of education amongst the population is expected. Also, some communities promote entering and finishing college, allowing people to become educated and skilled (in order to get a job or start a career). Having a college education is becoming more common in the US. If education is not promoted within a community, most likely people will not go to college or finish high school.
