    They view it as a place called Sheol

    Explanation:

    Several places in the bible that refer to a place in the sky that people go once they die. It also depends on the answer you are looking fro because some jews believe the afterlife is on Earth.

    Jews believe in both hell and heaven. They believe that the reason that life is hard is because in the afterlife it isn't. So you work hard when living and enjoy yourself when not. Another thing, (I don't know if its convienent to this project your doing but ...) They do wide variety versions or reincarnation depending on your soul. You can be born with a pure soul or you can be born with good qualitys of a person and bad quailitys as a soul.
