Schools were required to integrate schools "with all deliberate speed".

    Explanation:

Prior to the Brown v the Board of Education, public schools in America were segregated on the basis of race. The black and white students had different and separate schools. After the Brown v the Board of Education case, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that segregation in public schools on the basis of race was illegal and unconstitutional. Thus, the Supreme Court ordered that school were to integrate all students "with all deliberate speed" all over the country.
