compromising is important because in order for people to work together when they disagree, they might have to compromise. this means each person has to give up part of what he/she wants so together they can avoid conflicts, and accomplish things together and both feel satisfied

compromising is important because everyone can have everything exactly the way they want it. Especially when you are working with another person. With a compromise at least you both get what you want, with a little bit of what they want. So you both are happy.
