What power did the recall give to voters?

    This is the capacity of voters to compel another decision of chose their elected officials in an open manner. The common man is able to prevent the abuse of power by elected officials through the use of petitions, when enough voters sign a petition, their a by election is held and the previous results are nullified. The whole process is started when the voters are petitioning.
