    The liberty of the individual under modern conservatism is within the limits of the american values.

    Explanation:

    Conservatism is that philosophy of the people living in the society which give immense importance to the traditional values taught to them by their culture and they promote their social institutions even in this modern times.

    According to this modern conservatism, liberty of an individual is that which he enjoys well with in the boundaries of the values of the culture. This concept is inverse to the concept of the American liberals who give more importance to equality and freedom.
