Identify and explain one difference between your state constitution and the U. S. Constitution. Explain why you think there is a difference.

    They are both separation of powers, checks and balances, and a bill of rights. There is a difference because one is for your state and the other is for your country.

    Each state in the United States has its own constitution or course all state constitutions are inferior (in a legal sense) to the United States constitution and when reading state constitutions this must be keep in mind. however many state guarantee civil rights that the united states constitution does not.
