    Assuming that this is referring to the same table that was posted before with this question, the only true statement would be the one having to do with the fact that free blacks during this time still faced extreme financial and social hardships due to discrimination (this can be gained by the employment graphs that show blacks lagging greatly behind whites in terms of income).
