    The list describes the human rights record of: C. Ronald Reagan

    Ronald Reagan was known as the US President that managed to bring and end to the Communism of The soviet union.

    During his presidency, he valiantly spread united states' democratic influence by gaining as many allies as possible (which led him to do list no 1 & 3) and keep fighting human right violation because it's not align with the value that US held (which led him to do list no 2)
