    The correct answer is d. Guenevere

    Arthur is the one who rules and because of whom Gawain decides to go on the mission. The Lord is actually the Green Knight in disguise while the Lady is his wife who tempts Gawain during her husbands hunting. Guenevere is not important in this particular story but she does appear in other stories of King Arthur and his court.
