    The fifth question in After action review is;

    Who needs to know?

    After action review or AAR is actually an improvement cycle method mostly used in military.

    Objective of this process is to identify the mistakes that the team went, explore better ways of doing that job again and optimize the operations. Hence it is a continuous cycle.

    Now apart from military, this AAR is also used for fire fighting officers to make them react in better and better ways
