    Public well-fare or individual rights:

According to me the right of the individual is more important than the good of the public.

The individual right is increasingly significant in light of the fact that, without it, we can't have a general public. A general public is comprised of various people. So as to have a general public, the individual must be there.

There was an adage that expressed as "A nation is just in the same class as the individuals that live in it". The same idea is used in comparison of individual as well as public which means that a mass of people make a general public, in this manner the right of the solitary individual is far more significant than the good of the public.

Thus, due to the above data it is inferred that individual right is more important that the good of the people.
