    Yes there is a social contract between the rulers and the ruled in Tanzania'

    Explanation:

    For the state, law and order of the process, the definition of the Social contract is the main principle. Citizens are to be a company that creates a deal to live in peace and to uphold the human rights of individuals.

    The Constitution was established in 1977 which specifies that all citizens are entitled to equal rights and protected without prejudice. The constitution is established by the Tanzania Republic. On the basis of majority votes the government will be established. The Tanzanian people agreed to form a government through the right system for a majority rule and minority.

    The Developed Government is for the whole citizen and its main aim is to provide people with protection and safeguards. Considering that the Tanzanian constitution means mutual cooperation between the authorities and the governed people, the Tanzanian people have to be freely accepted for their own good.
