terry was at a cocktail party with a number of people present. as a prank, he openly took a large ashtray from the host's coffee table and put it in his jacket pocket. His intention was to return it to the table before her lift the party. Unfortunately, he forgot and walked out of the host home with the ashtray in his pocket. On the forgoing facts, what would be the likely outcome in court?

    Terry knowingly took possession of the ashtray without the knowledge or permission of the owner. Therefore Terry would like be found guilty
