One man tells another that he is going to "surprise him one day" and hit him with a baseball bat. What, if and, crime has been committed?

    A: Threat of assault and aggravated assault with a weapon/deadly weapon.

    E: Aggravated assault occurs when a person uses something on another person that could cause great bodily harm or death. Ex: Punching a person is assault, aggravated assault is if said person is on the ground and the assailant starts kicking the victim.
