    Social contract between the rulers and the ruled in Tanzania:

    Rulers have framed the constitution in the year 1977. It states that the government and its agencies will treat the people without any discrimination and simple majority rule minority rights system.

    The concept of the social contract is the primary basis for the government and law and order in the system. The individuals will form a society whereby a contract is established to live in peace and to keep hold of their civil rights.

    In the year 1977, The Constitution of the Republic of Tanzania was constituted and it states that all citizens are given equal rights and they will be treated without any discrimination. The formation of the government will be on basis majority votes. The people of Tanzania agreed to form the government by the Majority rule-minority right system.

    The Formed government is for the entire citizen and their main purpose is to give protection and welfare measures to the people. In view of the fact that the constitution of a Tanzania signifies social contract between the rulers and the ruled, it must be willingly agreed upon by the Tanzanian people for their welfare.
