The case will be dismissed by the court

    Explanation:

The New York state court does not have personal jurisdiction over Juicer's Secret since the corporation is located in Maine. The defendant, in this case Juicer's Secret, has the right to ask the New York court to dismiss the suit, as the corporation is not based in New York city. The universal rule is that the courts in a state have personal jurisdiction over all people or businesses that are citizens of or do business in that state. In this case, it is clear that the court to which the suit has been filed does not have personal jurisdiction. Another way to call personal jurisdiction is "in personam jurisdiction".
