After scoring the winning goal in a college hockey national championship game, Meg handed her hockey stick to Simon who was standing in the crowd of cheering fans. Moments after handing her hockey stick to Simon, Meg told Simon to return it to her. Simon refused. Meg sued Simon. Meg told the court that she handed the hockey stick to Simon only to hold it for her while she signed a couple of autographs. Meg asked the court to order Simon to return the stick to her. Simon, however, said he thought Med intended to give it to him as a souvenir because he was a team fan and she no longer needed the stick. The court will most likely decide in favor of
