I believe that a bad home environment can contribute to crime, seeing crimes be done at home and being told that it is ok, just that you shouldn't tell anyone / get caught. A way that we can fix this is to bring in counselling for troubled youth / youth in bad situations, take the child/ren out of the poor environment into a better, healthier and safer environment.
