A man had robbed a bank by hiding himself inside a bag while he was inside a bank truck. There are several cameras inside the bank that show that he had come out of the bag inside the vault. Medical reports claim that his tibias was fractured during the ride. Is he guilty or not guilty? Explain why

    Trick question. Like you said, the man was framed. He's not guilty. I think that the man was beaten and unconscious as the medical report claimed that he had broken a bone. He can't possible break a bone while he's riding a car (unless it tumbles down). The man probably woke up and triggered one of the security alarms while he was standing.

    this could go either ways, but it stands on the fact that he is guilty due to the fact he stole money from the bank. If he was taking the money for his fractured tibia, then he would have needed to file a claim, or take them to court and not robbed the bank of he money. But the man should have not been in the bank's bag in the first place.
