    Yes, because social factors such as your friend group and peer pressure could contribute to crime rates. Environmental factors could also contribute to crime rates because different people are exposed to different elements and chemicals due to where they live, causing their brain chemistry to be uniquely their own, which can sometimes play part in criminal activity.

    I think social factors play the biggest role because of peer pressure and your friend group can influence you greatly.
