1. Alan Dershowitz, a law professor famous for his wealthy clients (O. J. Simpson among others), joined with other lawyers to open a kosher delicatessen, Maven's Court. Dershowitz met with greater success at the bar than in the kitchen-the deli failed after barely a year in business. One supplier sued for overdue bills. Limited Liability Company.

    Explanation:

A company that is limited by the amount of shares is known as or refer to as LLC that is a "Limited Liability Company."

A Limited Liability Company will be an ideal forms of business for Maven's Court because whatsoever assets that is personal can not be used in the compensation for the firm's obligation. That is to say, a Limited Liability Company can be used to overcome personal liability.

The Limited Liability Company is a better option for Maven's court than. S Corporation because S Corporation can not be used in overcoming the problem of personal liabity despite other advantages.
