Human service professionals recognize and build on client and community strengths, So naturally the workers should, and may already have a legal right to be able to show their diversity and be able to express their cultural backgrounds.

    Explanation:

The clients are able to show their diversity, and the Clients are able to trust the worker that he/she will not have a bias on it, or exploit it in any manner, and workers have the same right.
