During your morning shift, you observe a motorist traveling 40 mph in a 15 mph school zone. You stop the vehicle, and the motorist immediately identifies himself as a corrections officer from the countyYou decide to use "professional courtesy" You do not issue him a ticket. Is "professional courtesy" ethical?

    In this instance I don't think so. He was going way to fast in a school zone. Somethings can be ignored but I don't think that this was ethical.
