    Negligence

    Explanation:

Some foods need to be refrigerated because when in contact with room temperature for a long time, or when improperly stored, they may proliferate in bacteria, causing the product to rot, or causing food infection in those who ingest it. For this reason, there are several rules and guidelines on how food should be transported and stored to prevent these problems from happening.

Well, Susan decided to change these norms and guidelines on ways of storing and transporting food by devising inefficient techniques to preserve the products that needed to be refrigerated. As a result, there was a strong proliferation of bacteria in Susan's pizzas causing food infection in her customers. This problem was caused by Susan's failure to comply with food storage and transportation rules and guidelines. Susan can be sued because of her negligence.
