    Yes, kind of.

    Explanation:

    In correction facilities, the only reasons any personell would have the right to use deadly force on any on the "inmates" is if he/she would try to escape the facility, he/she would try to harm or kill any of the other "inmates", or if he/she was causing damage to the facility. Other then that any deadly force used on the "inmates" would be illegal, therefore being removed from he/she's position and arrested.
